Should also pay attention to the stress of the hook and bearing, do not damage the hook and bearing; pay attention to prevent the hook from slipping; the angle of the two legs is less than 90 °. Pushing method presses the bearing with the press, the work is stable and reliable without damaging the machine and the bearing. Presses are manually pushed, and mechanical or hydraulic presses push. Precautions: The pressing point of the press should be on the center of the shaft and must not be biased. Fourth, hot disassembly method used to remove the tight fit of the bearing. First, the oil heated to about 100°C is poured onto the bearing to be removed. After the bearing ring is thermally expanded, the bearing can be pulled out with a puller. The puller shall be mounted on the bearing to be removed and a certain pulling force shall be applied. Before heating, the shaft shall be wrapped with an asbestos rope or a thin iron plate to prevent the shaft from swelled by heat, otherwise it will be difficult to disassemble from the bearing housing hole. When disassembling the bearing, only the hole of the bearing housing can be heated and the bearing can not be heated. When pouring oil, the oil can be poured on the bearing ring or the rolling element on the papermaking machinery smoothly, and an oil basin is set under it to collect the flow. Hot oil to avoid wastage and burns; operators should wear asbestos gloves to prevent burns.
